All shipping overages over $1.00 will be refunded once the item(s) have been shipped.

Ready to ship items will ship within 1-5 business days. Pre-orders and custom orders will ship within the time limit stated in the listing.

All shipping will be done through the USPS once payment has been received. Please ensure the address entered with your order is the address you would like your item to be shipped. As this is a small business, I am not responsible for, and sadly cannot replace, lost or damaged packages. This includes packages sent to the wrong address— I ship to the address provided so please ensure it is correct when you place your order.

If your package was refused or deemed “undeliverable”, you will receive a refund, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee, for your order as soon as I receive the package.

Granite Mountain Fiber Co. cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Any packages marked as delivered by USPS, but are not received are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations.

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to ship within the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please see the product listing for washing instructions. Generally, it is recommended to hand or spot wash all our yarn with cool water and a mild detergent, such as Eucalan Wool Wash to ensure the longevity of the item.
